How much does AI consulting for SMEs cost?
The initial meeting is free of charge. The onboarding workshop costs €1,800 plus VAT as a flat fee, regardless of the number of participants. The platform costs €25, €35 or €45 per user per month plus VAT, with no minimum purchase.
Are you independent AI consultants?
No, and we say so openly: our consulting aims to introduce AI on our platform. We are neutral when it comes to model choice – novendix.AI provides models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Mistral.
How quickly will we see first results?
The trial account is ready once your registration has been checked. After the workshop, the first teams work with their own assistants; the roadmap covers the first 90 days.
Do you also come to our premises?
Yes. Microsoft Teams is the standard; we arrange on-site appointments separately. Our locations are Schwabach, Nuremberg and Weißenburg.
Do we need our own IT department?
No. We only need a contact on your side for connecting your own systems – possibly your IT service provider.
