Is the onboarding workshop mandatory?

With the Enterprise package the workshop is a fixed part of the start. With the Starter and Business packages it is optional, but recommended by novendix.

How many people can take part in the workshop?

The flat rate applies regardless of the number of participants. Eight to twelve people works best so there is room for questions.

Is prior experience with artificial intelligence required?

No. Anyone who works with Office and email every day can follow along. The workshop starts with the basics and ends with your first own use cases.

What does the onboarding workshop cost? €1,800 net, a flat rate for both half-days together. The price does not depend on the number of participants. It is invoiced after the workshop has taken place, independently of the free test period.

Why is the workshop mandatory from Enterprise upwards? Enterprise customers connect their own systems via MCP and work with custom integrations. That cannot be picked up on the side. The workshop makes sure the rollout does not fizzle out after three weeks.

Why do we recommend it for Starter and Business too? Because the experience is the same: teams that start with guidance use the platform far more broadly after three months than teams that work it out alone.

When does the workshop take place? After your access has been activated. The two half-days are usually a week apart so that you can try things out in between.
