The schedule

First half-day: introduction and basics

Interface, projects, chat histories and files. Which language model for what – and when it is better to use none. Prompting that works in everyday practice: role, context, format. Data protection in practice: what may go in and what may not. Joint collection of your real use cases.

Second half-day: application in your own company

Building your first assistants and templates. Connecting and properly structuring your own knowledge sources. Roles, sharing and collaboration in the team. Checking quality: proofreading results, citing sources. A roadmap for the next 90 days, recorded in writing.

Who the workshop is for

Starter and Business. Optional and recommended by us: teams that start with guidance use the platform much more widely after three months.
Enterprise. An integral part of getting started, because your own systems are connected via MCP and custom integrations.
Prerequisite. The workshop takes place after your novendix.AI account has been activated and works on the platform. We do not offer a general, platform-independent AI workshop.

Frequently asked questions about the AI workshop

How much does the AI workshop cost?

€1,800 plus VAT, a flat fee for both half-days together. The price does not depend on the number of participants and is invoiced after the workshop has taken place.

When does the AI workshop take place?

After your account has been activated. The two half-days are usually one week apart so that your team can try things out at leisure in between.

Can the AI workshop be held on site?

Yes. Microsoft Teams is the standard; we arrange an on-site date separately, in which case travel costs are added.

Do participants need any prior knowledge?

No. We do not assume any experience with artificial intelligence.

Does the workshop meet the EU AI Act training requirement?

It provides the basics that Art. 4 requires: the possibilities, limits and risks of AI in your own working environment. Whether that is sufficient for your use cases depends on their risk. In any case, document attendance and content.
